if引导的条件状语从句遵循三个原则。

(1)，主将从现：也就是主句用一般将来时，从句用现在时(包括一般现在时，现在进行时，现在完成时)。例如：I will come if you invite me.又如：If you have finishedyour work I will buy you dinner.(2)，主情从现：也就是主句谓语含情态动词，从句用一般现在时。例如：She may win the first prise if you give her the chance.(3)，主祈从现：也就是主句是祈使句，从句用一般现在时。例如：Come to my house if you are free tomorrow.
