=Please help me if you are free.

一般来说，if引导的状语从句，主句可以是将来时，也可以是祈使句，甚至可以含有情态动词。

主将从现可以变化为主祈从现，例如

You will stay home if it rains tomorrow.

Stay at home if it rains tomorrow.
