无论是go on a bus 还是go in a bus都不正确。正确的表达方法是get on a bus，意思是上公交车。

在英语中一些固定搭配的短语是不能够换成别的单词的。get on the bus是固定搭配，其中动词get是不能改成go的。上小型的交通工具则是get into，如：get into the car。

正确形式是go on a bus，意思是乘坐公共汽车，用介词in的话应该是go in a car
