因为瑞安也是个城市，虽然是在温州管辖范围内但是瑞安人由于对家乡的自豪感从而都称自己为瑞安人，这是合理正常的现象，以上是我的见解

瑞安人虽然属于温州的范围内，但是他们的习俗风气都和温州市区有比较大的区别。尤其是瑞安人的说话口音和温州市区几乎是两个地方的话了。所谓十里不同风，百里不同俗。语言方面的差异，这就导致从心理上来说，他认为跟温州人是隔得比较远的。
